About House Planner

House Planner is a free, fan-made tool for players of Tibia. Load any house or guildhall from the game, place furniture and decorations, and see how your home will look before you spend gold or Tibia Coins on it.

How to use it

1. Choose a house. Pick your town and house (or a guildhall). The layout is the real one from the game. Want to sketch something else? Start a blank lot and lay your own floors and walls in Build mode.
2. Pick an item on the left: furniture, Store decorations, and also any loot or equipment you can carry (trophies, weapons, armor, creature products…). Filter by type or by where it comes from: Store / reward NPC shop Market / loot Quest / other.
3. Click a tile to place it. Wall decorations only go on walls with a hook, just like in the game. Carpets, floors and walls can be painted by dragging.
4. Adjust: R rotates, V moves, E or right-click erases, Ctrl+Z undoes. Use [ and ] (or the buttons at the top) to change floors, and the mouse wheel to zoom.
5. Keep it: Save stores the design in your browser, Share copies a link that holds the whole design, and Image downloads a picture of the current floor.

Walk around your house

Press Walk around to spawn your character and explore the house as if you were in the game:

• Arrow keys or WASD walk, Q E Z C walk diagonally, Ctrl+arrow turns on the spot. You can also click a tile to walk there.
• Stairs and holes take you to the next floor. Press Space next to a ladder to climb it.
• Outfit opens the outfit window: every outfit with its addons, the 133 game colours, and all mounts. To wear exactly what you wear in game, use Copy to Clipboard in Tibia's Outfit window and paste the code here. It also works the other way round.
• Character & HUD sets your name, health and mana bars, name colour, the classic 15 × 11 game window, lighting (day to pitch dark, with every lamp and torch glowing) and walking speed.
• Press Enter to say something. It appears above your head in yellow, like in the game.

The shopping list shows what you added. For NPC furniture it shows the usual NPC price. The Tibia Store changes its offers and prices, so for Store items please check the current price in-game.

Good to know

• This is a planning aid. It does not connect to the game, your account or your character, and it cannot buy or place anything for you.
• Animated items (fire swords, fountains, lamps…) move like in the game. You can switch this off under View → Animations on slower devices.
• Placement rules are simplified. Free placement turns them off if you want to experiment.
• Item sources and prices are best-effort. If something looks wrong, check the game itself.

Privacy

House Planner has no accounts, no cookies, no ads and no tracking. Your designs are stored only in your own browser (local storage). A share link contains the design itself, so anyone you send it to can see it.

House Planner is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CipSoft GmbH. The graphics come from the official game client and are used only to show players how in-game items look, under the spirit of CipSoft's fansite programme and fansite agreement.

Our own content: the planner software, page design, texts and the house logo were made for this site. Everything else, meaning all game graphics and data, belongs to CipSoft GmbH as described above.

This site offers no downloads apart from the picture of your own design. It contains no cheat tools, no links to them, no account or item trading, and no advertising. If CipSoft GmbH asks for any content to be changed or removed, we will do it straight away.
